  Conducting excellence medical research in the field of obesity, and laying the fruitful foundations of cooperation between different scientific disciplines, and training of domestic staff to    transfer and development of modern biotechnology.
 

The main objective:
   Study of Obesity and the associated diseases in the field of basic and clinical research and studies on the community; using modern techniques, and methods of molecular biology, and methods o bioinformatics; to find accurate diagnostic methods, and the development of effective treatments for the prevention and complications, treatment of  obesity

Other objectives:

1. Formation of a scientific base of personnel and equipment, clinical laboratory capable of transmitting modern biotechnology and the using and developing it .
2. Publication of outstanding research in the field of obesity in specialized international journals.
3. The establishment of channels of communication and exchanging of experiences with the world's leading centers of research in obesity.
4. Participation with  community of  health education about obesity, its dangers, and how to prevent them of obesity ;  for community  members  who  enjoying  good health and characteristic productivity .
