Wages and rewards of the work team
- This article applies to those working on the projects supported within the Strategic Technologies Program, from the following categories:
- Faculty members, scientific research staff, graduate students and those of similar status, researchers and their assistants, technicians, administrators and accountants.
- Project managers and their assistants.
- Consultants, reviewers, and those assigned to provide expertise specific to the project.
Wages and rewards are disbursed based on the manpower budget in accordance with the following schedule:

months of the second year, except the researchersAfter submitting the second annual technical and financial report Final Rewards of the researchers for the second year After approval of the final technical and financial report, and an electronic copy of the scientific outputs of the project. - The total that any member of the research team (the principal investigator, the co-investigator) and the project manager receives from the rewards allocated to the research projects in which they participate must not exceed the reward of three projects in a single month.
- The technical reports must be approved before disbursing the rewards to the research team, in accordance with the distribution stated in the contract.
- Two rewards in a single project may not be combined for any of the work team members.
- Rewards shall not be disbursed before the actual start of the project.
- No spending on the project shall take place before the contract is signed.
- Spending on the projects is from the budget allocated to the Strategic Technologies, and a reward is disbursed to the participants in the approved project according to the completion of the tasks and the role assigned to them. The amount of the rewards is determined in accordance with what the Supervisory Committee has approved.
